What is my Access Level? What can I do here?
Agents have three possible access level types, the one you have is determined by your office or Relocation Director.
These are:
1) Agent with Relocation Oversight: Agents can log-in to their dashboards and both make and receive referrals.
Your Relocation Directors, Broker Owners, and other authorized users will be able to see the referral activity and referral details on their own dashboards, and also generate analytics and reports on that activity.
2) Agent with Relocation Managerial: Agents can log-in to their dashboards and create a DRAFT referral.
Your Relocation Director will then need to approve the draft, and make it live in the referral network. For incoming referrals, the Relocation Director will need to approve the incoming referral. Your Relo Directors, Broker Owners, and other authorized users will be able to see the referral activity and referral details on their own dashboards, and also generate analytics and reports on that activity.
3) Agent with no access to make or receive referrals, but can see and work on referrals that have been assigned by their Relocation Director
Your Relocation Director can assign referrals to you, and when they do, you can see the details of that referral, and make periodic status updates that will go to your Relocation Director to pass on to the other side.
How do I know which access level I have?
If your Dashboard shows the Create a Referral icon under your profile photo, then you have user type 1 or 2, which means that you can both make and receive referrals.
If you do NOT have this Create a Referral icon, then you have user type 3, and cannot make or receive referrals.
If you believe you have this user type in error, please discuss this with your Relocation Director, they are able to re-set the user types in their own dashboards.
