What is "Managerial Approval" settings?

Managerial Approval means agents have most user access, but Office/Relocation Director accounts must approve every piece of agent activity before it goes live in the system, such as a referral application or creation. 

Here, 

• The agents to be able to draft referrals, but the Relocation Director(s) to approve each one before it goes live.
• The relocation Director also approves or rejects every action that agents take within the system.
• When referrals come in, instead of going directly to the agents, the Relocation Director(s) will be able to choose who to assign them to.
• Relocation Directors will be able to see all activity on the admin dashboard.

Please note: Relocation Directors can also be given agent access, allowing them to access both Agent and Relocation Director functionality. This option will require lots of attention from Relocation Directors who will be required to check and approve every agent action
