What is "Managerial Only" settings?

In Managerial Only, the Relocation Directors are responsible to apply to and assigning referrals as they see fit. Agents only have access to manage referrals assigned to them by the Relocation Director.

Here,

• Only Relocation Directors can create referrals, apply for referrals, or receive referrals. 
• Agents can't apply for referrals or create them, but Relocation Director(s) can assign incoming referrals to an agent to manage. 
• While the agents work on an assigned referral, every status update or interaction they make will need to be approved by a Relo Director. 
• Relocation Director will be able to see all activity on the admin dashboard.
