It says "Email Address Not Found"! What do I do?

If you are based in the USA:

You must use your C21/BHGRE/ERA email ID that you use in brand platforms. 

Example: Firstname.lastname@brandname.com

  • ERA User: ERA  Leverage Credentials 
  • BHGRE: Greenhouse Credentials 
  • Century 21: C21 Online Credentials 

If you are based outside the USA:

You must enter your work email address in order to access the platform. This email address must match the details provided to us by your franchise master. Once you have entered the correct email address, an activation link will be sent to you via email. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account and access the platform.
