Activation Guideline for Member outside USA

Activating an account for an agent or relocation director works differently than those in USA. Here are the steps to help you with it: 

  1. Go to the login page of the platform.
  2. Click on the "Sign In" button.
  3. Fill in your registered email address with your brand.
  4. Click on the "Next" button.
  5. Check your registered email for an activation link.
  6. Click on the activation link in the email to activate your account and set your password.
  7. If the activation link does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar.
  8. Enter your registered email address and the password you created during registration.
  9. Click on the "Login" button.
  10. If you encounter any issues or have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link and follow the prompts to reset your password.
