Activation Guideline for Member outside USA
Activating an account for an agent or relocation director works differently than those in USA. Here are the steps to help you with it:
- Go to the login page of the platform.
- Click on the "Sign In" button.
- Fill in your registered email address with your brand.
- Click on the "Next" button.
- Check your registered email for an activation link.
- Click on the activation link in the email to activate your account and set your password.
- If the activation link does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar.
- Enter your registered email address and the password you created during registration.
- Click on the "Login" button.
- If you encounter any issues or have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link and follow the prompts to reset your password.
