How to update status in Intra-Office Referral?
When the Referral Contact updates the status to "Scheduled Transaction" in Intra-Office Referrals, the "Referral Fee" tab opens, and they can add "Payment Details" as Sending Side.
Once the Referral Contact provides a status update = “Successful Transaction”,
- If Payment Details are already provided, the “Referral Fee” tab will be open to display read-only information, and the user views the form as the Receiving Side to mark the payment as sent, or to revert the status back to Active.
- If Payment Details are not yet provided, the “Referral Fee” tab will be open and they can add payment information as the Sending Side
