What happens when the Referral Fees tab is activated?
After the Referral Fees Tab is activated:
- The office where the referral originated will be notified that the transaction(sale/rental) has been successfully completed. The agent who created the referral will also be notified that the referral is complete.
- The Relo Director from the referral origination office will be notified toselect a payment method and update the payment details as required.
If this information is not provided, reminder notifications will be sent to the Relo Director on a recurring basis.
3. The Relo Director at the receiving office(the office where the referral was sent to) is notified once the payment details have been updated.
- The Relo Director must complete the payment outside of the platform(either sending a check or via bank-to-bank using the details provided).
- Once the payment is completed, the Relo Director clicks on“Mark payment as sent”:
The Relo Director will be prompted to confirm that the payment has been sent:
The Relo Director and agent from where the referral originated will be notified that the referral commission has been sent. The Relo Director will be asked to confirm receipt of payment:
- Again, there is a pop-up to confirm that payment has indeed been received:
Once the sending office(Relo Director at the office from where the referral originated) confirms they have received the agreed commission, the referral will be marked as CLOSED.
